Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns or exchanges only in case of manufacturing defects, wrong product delivery, or size issues (if applicable).
- Return/exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
- Any damage caused after delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order ID and clear product images.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products purchased during sale or discount offers
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items without original tags or packaging
Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
- Exchange shipping charges may apply.
Prepaid & COD Orders
- Prepaid orders are eligible for refunds as per policy.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are eligible only for exchange, not refund.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Customized Orders
We provide customisation as per order, therefore customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturing defect or wrong item delivered.
